In a post apocalyptic world, the diseased kidnap young women in an attempt to create future generations of undead soldiers. These female carriers are high value targets and are placed under the care of elite task forces. Marlon Ashe and his task force are part of a caravan on a mission to escort a young female carrier to a safe house until everything goes wrong. Meanwhile, a biologist named Vickrum Slate is carefully administering his own experimental vaccine to his daughter in an attempt to cure her of being a carrier. Unfortunately, Slate's daughter has a horrible reaction to the serum which leads to grave consequences. After the world has already gone to hell, Slate and Ashe somehow find a way to make things even worse.
